The third working meeting of the DuFAULT research team was held on Monday 22 November 2021 starting at 11:30 at the Department of Geophysics – the past activities and plans for the upcoming year were discussed.
The second field-work in the wider Dubrovnik area within the HRZZ project DuFAULT took place 2–10 October and 28 October – 2 November 2021. Two teams successfully installed four temporary seismic stations within the Du-Net network: two in the vicinity of Dubrovnik and two in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
First scientific paper on seismic shaking scenarios for city of Zagreb has been published within DuFAULT project!
This summer, DuFAULT research team has been intensively testing the equipment and set-up of future seismic stations.
The second working meeting of the DuFAULT research team was held live on Wednesday 16 June 2021, starting at 11 o’clock, at the Department of Geophysics of the Faculty of Science. All members of the research team, joined by a guest, a geologist Marin Sečanj, attended the meeting.
Because the HRZZ DuFAULT project envisages the employment of s postdoctoral researcher for two years, after the successful completion of a public tender, geologist Marin Sečanj, PhD joined our research team on 6 July 2021.
