Temporary seismic station DF05 is located in the Volunteer Fire Department Šipan in Šipanska Luka. The station fully operates since October 9, 2021.
The seismometer is placed in a thermobox made out of extruded polystyrene. In addition to the instrument, the station is equipped with an A/D converter, GPS receiver, computer, power supply and communication equipment. The data is stored locally on the hard disk and transmitted in near-real-time to the main server located in Zagreb.
